Location fantastic, great rooms, great staff, comfortable beds, excellent cleanliness.

Everything is what i need and want.

We loved the convenience of this hotel's location. Being right next to the TGV station made it easy for us to catch trains and explore the city. Plus, the hotel was in the center of the action, with plenty of transportation options available nearby. The cleanliness of the rooms was also excellent, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Lastly, the breakfast buffet was a great bonus, saving us money in this expensive city.

Couldn't find any faults at this hotel.

The bed in my warm room was comfortable. I found there lots of restaurants to eat, like Mekong Express that is only 5 minutes' walk away.

This accommodation had a central setting down by train. And there was Exki with short-orders next to the venue, super convenient.

The room was tiny, for me personally.

This place has an unbeatable location right next to the train station, making it so easy to get around. The staff here are amazing - they printed our visas for us and really understand hospitality. Plus, the room was spotless and had everything we needed, like room service and lovely patio to enjoy a view of the city.

Stayed here and would highly recommend it to friends - no need to look elsewhere!

Everything was good, unbeatable location right next to metro line 1, the staff were affable. The room was brand-new with an armchair, with essentials required.

We had booked a hotel next to the AccorHotel Arena for the Paris Judo Grand Slam, but we were double booked and transferred to the Mercure Gare de Lyon. It turned out to be a welcome upgrade! The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was just what we needed, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of hot and cold options. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Great Location: The hotel is conveniently located next to a major train station, easy for us to explore the city. The metro station was just a few steps away, great to easily navigate and visit different parts of the city.

Dislikes and Worst aspects:

If you're looking to explore Paris from a convenient location, this hotel is perfect. Situated right next to Gare de Lyon train station, it's easy to catch the TGV train and explore the tourist district. There are also buses available right outside the hotel, making transportation a breeze. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a good selection of amenities. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Plus, the staff are friendly and welcoming, making your stay enjoyable.

There were some issues with the room key cards not working properly. It became a bit of a nuisance to constantly ask for assistance to access the room.
